1. Description of the Service

Abrascore is a mobile app that provides AI-powered statistical analysis, predictions, live scores, team statistics and coupon evaluation tools for football matches.

2. Not Betting Advice

Abrascore offers statistical analysis and is not betting advice. All AI-generated content is a statistical estimate and does not guarantee definitive outcomes. Every decision you make is entirely your own responsibility. The app does not offer betting services and does not act as a betting intermediary.

3. Account

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Abrascore offers weekly, monthly and yearly subscription plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases and renewals are billed through your App Store / Google Play account; cancellation is managed in that store's settings.

6. Credits

Certain content can be unlocked with credits. Credits are provided for in-app use, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not reverse engineer the service or abuse it with automated tools.
• You may not reproduce or redistribute the content without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

The Abrascore brand, logo, interface and content belong to Agropir Yazılım and are protected by copyright. Sports data belongs to its respective providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from decisions you make based on the analysis and predictions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
