1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by the data controller, Agropir Yazılım, within the scope described below. Contact: info@agropir.com.tr

• Identity and contact: email address.
• Transaction security: account authentication records.
• User content: Abra chat messages, predictions, coupons and favorite matches.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Providing the app services and managing your account.
• Running the AI-powered analysis, prediction and chat features.
• Ensuring service security and preventing abuse.
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed based on the establishment and performance of the contract, your explicit consent (the content you enter into Abra chat), and the legitimate interests of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5).

5. Transfer

To generate AI responses, your Abra chat content is transferred to OpenAI (USA), located abroad. Supabase is used for infrastructure services. Transfers are made within the scope of KVKK Art. 9 and only to the extent the service requires.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically by automated and partially automated means as you use the app and create an account.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred at home or abroad.
• To request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately.
• To request erasure or destruction.
• To object to processing and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.

You can submit your requests under the KVKK to info@agropir.com.tr. Your request will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
