1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is Agropir Yazılım. For anything related to privacy, you can reach us at info@agropir.com.tr.

2. Data We Process

• Account information: your email address (stored via secure authentication) and the basic identity provided by the provider when you sign in with Apple/Google.
• Content data: your Abra chat messages, the predictions you make, the coupons you build and your favorite matches.
• Usage data: records tied to your account such as your in-app credit and subscription history.
• On-device data: notification preferences and local settings stored on your device.

3. Why We Process Data

• To provide the service: create your account and run the analysis, prediction and chat features.
• To store your content: keep your predictions, coupons and favorites accessible across devices.
• To generate AI responses: analyze your messages and match statistics.
• Legal obligations and security: prevent abuse and comply with applicable law.

4. Legal Basis

We process data on the basis of the performance of our contract with you (the Terms of Use), your explicit consent (for example, the content you enter into Abra chat), and our legitimate interests (service security). You can withdraw consent and delete your account at any time.

5. AI and International Transfer

Analysis, chat and coupon evaluation are generated with OpenAI's GPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini models. The messages you write in Abra chat and your chat history are sent to OpenAI (USA) to generate responses. We therefore recommend not entering sensitive personal information into the chat. For match analysis and coupons, only match statistics and your selected predictions are sent; no personal information is shared.

6. Sports Data

Match, league and team data are retrieved from the API-Sports service. No personal data of yours is sent to this service.

7. Infrastructure and Storage

Your account and content data are stored securely on the Supabase infrastructure and are private to you, protected with row-level security (RLS). We retain your data while your account is active and to the extent necessary to provide the service.

8. Tracking and Ads

We do not use any third-party advertising, analytics or tracking tools. Notifications run locally on your device; no notification data is sent to a server.

9. Your Rights

• You can export all your data as JSON via Settings > Export My Data.
• You can permanently delete your account and all your data via Settings > Delete My Account.
• You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data.

10. Children's Privacy

Abrascore is not designed for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page. The current version is always available here.
