Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all the personal data we store in Abrascore at any time. Deletion is irreversible.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open Abrascore and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings > Delete My Account.
Once you confirm, your account and all your data are permanently deleted.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email titled "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account to info@agropir.com.tr. We will complete your request within 30 days at the latest.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted, including your profile, predictions, coupons, badges, favorite matches, Abra chat messages, credit history and activity records.

Retention

After a deletion request, your data is removed from our systems. Any records that must be retained by law (if any) are kept only for the period required by applicable legislation.
